Chairperson kikoni B mr kiwanuka julius revealed that its true polyethylene bags when dumped in tunnels hinder water flow especially in the main tunnel that separate kikoni and kasubi.He adds that some times they conduct a general cleaning day (bulungi bwansi) especially on the tunnel of kikoni and kasubi to remove polyethylene bags that hinders the sewage flow and the workers of dus help them to take away the retrieved polyethylene bags for recycling so that they don’t go back in the tunnel when they are dry by air since they be right.
